Sung Jae CHOI

View in collection Sung Jae Choi makes vessels in the Korean tradition of ‘buncheong ware’, with all their painterly qualities of decoration; his works are a powerful evocation of his country’s aesthetic. A member of the International Academy of Ceramics, he is currently a professor at the Korean National University. He was a demonstrator at the 2013 International Ceramics Festival, Aberystwyth.
